Your mission with us:

You will be in charge of orders, shipping, and logistics. From receipt to delivery, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly - both nationally and internationally.
  

Your tasks at a glance:

Order and shipping processing: You will be responsible for national and international orders, keeping an eye on all guidelines and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Communication and coordination: Whether it's customers, shipping companies, customs offices or internal teams – you will keep everyone involved on track.

ERP and documentation: You will work with Navision Business Central and Microsoft 365 and be proficient in using ATLAS registrations.

Customs and export controls: You will ensure the smooth handling of all customs and export formalities and make sure everything is compliant and professional.

Dangerous goods and warehousing: Packaging, labeling, dangerous goods documentation (ADR, IATA, IMDG), and warehousing in accordance with regulations are just as much a part of the job as inventory and data maintenance in the ERP system.

Organization and optimization: You keep an eye on costs and processes, contribute new ideas, and sometimes lend a hand in the warehouse.

What you bring to the table:

• Completed training in logistics, freight forwarding, or similar
• Several years of experience in order processing and shipping, preferably also internationally
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Navision Business Central) and Microsoft 365
• Know-how in handling dangerous goods as well as customs and export issues
• Accuracy, organizational skills, and reliability
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a desire to take on responsibility

Full-time Software Development Team Leader (m/f/d)
 

Your tasks:

• Management and further development of the software development department, including strategic expansion
• Active participation in shaping the technical corporate strategy through targeted initiatives
• Joint creation of the development strategy for the software portfolio within the team and continuous support for its       implementation throughout the entire development life cycle
• Analyzing usage requirements and creating software requirements and architecture designs, including scheduling
• Documenting the entire development process in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., IEC 62304)
• Representing the software department in internal and external audits
• Leading and supporting team members with a clear focus on communication and collaboration
• Technical contact person for our support department

What you bring to the table:

• Degree in software engineering, computer science, business informatics, or similar

• Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in the .NET environment

• Several years of experience in leading development teams and/or project management

• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL

• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably medical technology (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485)

• Analytical thinking, structured approach to work, and strong problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills and confident manner—both internally and externally
• Very good German and English skills; Russian skills are an advantage
